Valerian Dream’s wonderfully floral fragrance highlights complementary nervine tonic herbs like cardamom and fennel to aid in relaxation.

How to Prepare: Prepare 8oz of water at 200 Degrees, place 1 sachet in the water for 5 - 7 minutes.
Ingredients: Organic valerian root, organic cardamom, organic licorice root,organic fennel seed, organic strawberries, organic spearmint, natural rose extract, organic rose petals, essential orange oil.
