Where do we ship from?
All of our items are shipped from our storefront in Carrollton, Ga.
Where do we ship?
We are only shipping to the Continental USA.
All orders over $100 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. If you are needing an order expedited, please email us at lauren@foxholewellness.net and we can TRY to accommodate your request. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped (if you do not receive please check your spam folder).
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including federal holidays). All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
Local Pickup
If you select local pick up at checkout you are welcome to pick up from our storefront in Carrollton, Ga Monday through Friday from 12pm - 6pm. Your order may not be ready before 12pm as this allows us time to pull your item(s), pack them up, and fulfill your order. Our parking lot is behind our building. Please come in to pick up your order.
Please note, it takes 24 hours to prepare pick up orders and you cannot pick up until you receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up. We ask that you bring your order confirmation when picking up.
You must pick up your order within 2 weeks of when you receive a confirmation email that it has been fulfilled. If your order is not picked up within 14 days after you receive the pick up email please note we will reach out and have the right to cancel your order and give you store credit if it is not picked up within 30 days. Please check our Instagram to ensure our pick up is not closed on certain days.
